Practical Scrappers Arrows!!!!

Finally....I am back to what keeps me sane!!!!!  Scrapbooking!!!!

Life has been so incredibly crazy since the end of November.  On November 28, 2013 my second beautiful granddaughter, Taylor Winter Grace arrived!!!  She is a real sweetheart, and looks just like her Mamma!!!  Having another little one around during the holidays made Christmas extra special.

I also learned that I was chosen to be part of the Practical Scrappers Design Team!!!  I have never been on a design team before so I am a little nervous, but as I am getting to know everyone involved I am learning so much about how open and helpful and wonderful everyone is. It is proving to be a very rewarding experience!!!

So today I have a Practical Scrappers On-Trend Arrows Layout to share with you!!!!  I have been waiting for the perfect time to do the first layout of my granddaughter Taylor.  And I love the way this one turned out!!!!  I have been in a bit of a creative slump of late......so an evening with friends Liz and Kassandra was in order to get me moving in the right direction!!!!

Here is my finished layout!!!!

I decided to go with chevron stitched on arrows to highlight my photo!!!

And a cluster of embellishments in accent colours!!!!

  1. Congrats on the g-baby! She's precious, and the page does her justice. Love how you did the arrows - I might just have to lift that idea.
